You’ll find a small utility room equipped with a washing machine and sink.
And don’t forget the barbecue, ready for your next cookout. Living areas : The ground floor features a living area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a large dining table, providing direct access to the terrace.
The spacious, fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, along with two work surfaces and a small table, also offering direct access to the dining area and terrace. Bedrooms and Bathrooms : First Floor: - Bedroom 1: 2 single beds and 1 double bed (spacious, approx. 40 m²) - Bedroom 2: 1 double bed - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet Second Floor: - Bedroom 3: 1 single bed and 1 double bed (approx. 25 m²) - 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. Nearby attractions : Brittany is bordered by the coastal path GR 34, with multiple access points within 4 km of your gîte in Pordic.
Explore stunning landscapes, including coves, beaches, seaside resorts, natural bays, and remarkable sites like Cap d'Erquy, Cap Fréhel, and Ploumanach – don’t forget your swimsuit! In the Côtes d'Armor region, enjoy activities such as treetop adventure courses, zip-lining in Morieux, visiting casinos in St Quay Portrieux and Val André, or dining at a farm inn in Plélo. Tourist brochures are available in the gîte. Access : The house is easily accessible by car, just five minutes from the town of Pordic where you’ll find grocery stores and a large supermarket open until noon on Sundays.

The closest airport is Rennes, about a 60-minute drive. Cuisine bien équipée avec vaisselle en quantité.
Un accueil très chaleureux de Frédérique et une grande réactivité à nos demandes.

L'hôte est très reactive. Elle fait tout pour que nous ayons ce qu'il faut que place en nous questionnant sur nos besoins. Nous n'avons pas eu très chaud mais faute à nous car nous n'avons pas osé déranger. Le problème a été réglé tout de suite après. Merci pour votre accueil.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans ce logement et tout s'est très bien passé. L'hôte est disponible. Elle a accepté notre demande de réservation 24h avant. Le logement correspond à la description et aux photos.
Prévoir le nécessaire : papier wc, produit vaisselle, éponge, pastilles lave vaisselle, gel douche, shampoing...
