Welcome to our cozy 50 m² holiday cottage where you can enjoy tranquility and nature near St. Jacut-de-la-Mer. Accommodating up to 3 guests, it provides comfort and a lovely garden setting.

This charming cottage is surrounded by a well-maintained, fenced garden, perfect for enjoying the fresh seaside air. Outside, you’ll also find seating for relaxation, a barbecue area for delightful evenings, and a picturesque view inviting outdoor activities.
It’s an ideal spot for nature lovers, just a stone's throw from scenic hiking routes. Living areas : Inside, you’re welcomed by a bright and inviting living area featuring a sofa to unwind after adventurous days.
The functional kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area is perfect for cozy gatherings. Bedrooms and Bathrooms : - 1 bedroom with a double bed - 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet - 1 single bed in common area. Nearby attractions: While staying in Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, discover: - The beaches of Saint-Jacut-de-la-Mer, just a few minutes’ walk away. - The Ébihens archipelago, accessible at low tide. - The castle of Dinan, about 20 minutes by car. - Cap Fréhel, located 30 minutes away, offering breathtaking coastal views. Access : Only 15 minutes by car from Dinan and 30 minutes from Saint-Malo, the house is easily accessible.
Public transport is also available nearby for exploring the region at your own pace. Additional information : - Cleaning can be arranged for 50 euros, or must be done by the tenant. - Bed linen can be rented for 10 euros per person. - Towels can be rented for 8 euros per person. - A tourist tax of 1 euro per person per night will be charged upon arrival. - Pets are allowed upon prior request; smoking is not permitted indoors.

Logement très bien situé, en centre bourg, près des commerces, et très calme. On n’a pas mis la voiture en route de la semaine ! Près des plages et du sentier côtier. Juste le séjour est un peu sombre, mais la météo nous a permis de manger dans la cour! Vraiment très bien

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. L’environnement est parfait, on n’a pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine ( commerces, sentier côtier et plages à proximité).
Le séjour est un peu sombre, mais la météo nous a permis de manger dans la cour tous les jours.
Prix un peu élevé, mais c’était fin août !

La maison était parfaite, rien ne manquait ... Laurence est très attentive et anticipe même tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin... La maison est très agréable bien décorée est remarquablement située !
