Negative : Ce logement est très bien équipé. Je dirais qu'il manque un petit coin salon avec canapé/fauteuil.

La tranquillité, la proximité du bourg de la Couarde et de la plage.
L'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui habite sur place
Negative : La période est très humide et cela s'est ressenti dans la maison aussi . Sans doute l'été ou en période plus sèche, le problème ne se pose-t-il pas
