l'environnement extérieur (lac, forêt )
le délabrement du "chalet" : pas de vmc (wc et s de b) au centre sans fenêtre ... pas de réducteur de temperature pour le chauffe eau (brulure...)carrelage dans la cuisine retiré reste la colle sur le mur... des trous non rebouchés ou vis dans les murs, volets "branlants" très difficiles à fermer ...
