The Admiral Suite The Admiral Suite features a king-size bed dressed in premium linens, a sleek modern bathroom, and your own private built-in sauna — because true relaxation shouldn't be a hotel perk, it should be your daily ritual. Natural light pours through the boat's windows, catching the warm tones of the carefully curated interior and filling the space with an effortless, serene glow.
Fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV keep you connected when you want to be, while the thoughtful finishing touches — from the quality of the towels to the stillness of the water at night — make this stay feel like something you'll want to come back to.
The Admiral Suite is designed for couples and solo travellers who want more than just a place to sleep.
Outdoors
Step out onto your private deck and let the gentle rhythm of the water do the rest — with the iconic Montelbaanstoren framed against the Amsterdam skyline just moments away.
To make your stay even more memorable, guests can enjoy the free use of our two canoes at no extra cost. Explore the surrounding waters at your own pace and experience the beauty of the area from a unique perspective.
House & grounds
The houseboat has multiple private areas. The Admiral Suite — exactly as shown in the photos — is entirely yours during your stay. Other areas of the boat are not included.
To reinforce the quay alongside the houseboat, the municipality has installed a steel structure. Our wide gangways make boarding the houseboat comfortable and easy.
I'm available throughout your stay, so never hesitate to reach out.
New yet experienced Don't worry: although our boutique B&B has only recently become available, we already have extensive experience with top-notch hospitality. Let yourself be convinced by our sublime reviews of our affiliated high-quality accommodations in the historic center of Amsterdam. Take a look at Houseboat Réussi with its luxurious Captains Cabin (https://vrbo.onelink.me/ItNz/b1oft3bv) and Sailors Suite (https://vrbo.onelink.me/ItNz/qy4gcjin)!
Location & surroundings
The boat is moored on the Oudeschans, one of Amsterdam's most picturesque historic canals, in the very heart of the old city. You're surrounded by classic canal houses, tree-lined quays and the quiet lap of water — yet within easy walking distance of Nieuwmarkt, the Waterlooplein market, world-class restaurants and public transport links. Central without the noise. Peaceful without the distance.
The suite is located at Oudeschans 5P in the historic centre. A footbridge leads directly to the deck and your private entrance — your own little arrival ritual. This is Amsterdam, lived from the water.

A very unique and accommodating experience. The hosts were wonderful and the location was quite scenic. The unit itself was as advertised and very tastefully done. We will definitely be staying here again when we are in Amsterdam.
