No worries for WIFI speed.
Rooms are cleanness and comfortable.
The entrance from street, going up to the room by stairs.
And contacting with ower had good assistance for us.
So be careful for stairs if you have heavy or lot of stuffs, it was little bit hard angle and tiny wides.
