The golden beaches of Versilia are just over a kilometer away. To reach them, simply hop on the two bicycles provided and follow the scenic paths through the pine forest: a refreshing ride that leads you directly to the shore.

The apartment is situated within a gated private property. While the owners live on the upper floor, your independence and privacy are fully guaranteed.
The highlight of the property is the private, fully fenced garden located right in front of the entrance: an intimate space where you can unwind after a day at the beach, host a barbecue, or let your pet relax in total safety.

Ian ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt, die Gegend ruhig und sicher. Leider ist der Weg ins Zentrum oder zum Strand recht weit, sodass man ggf. auf die bereitgestellten Fahrräder zurückgreifen möchte. Diese waren bei unserem Aufenthalt leider so gut wie fahruntauglich.
Ansonsten war wirklich alles sehr gut und wir hatten eine tolle Urlaubswoche.
