Nestled in the gentle hilly landscape of the Franconian Jura, on the northern edge of Franconian Switzerland, our holiday home is the ideal starting point for active as well as relaxing holidays.

Climbing enthusiasts will find one of the largest climbing areas in Europe in the vicinity, with around 12,000 routes on approximately 800 rocks.
Kayaking tours, cave explorations, and visits to romantic castle ruins also make your stay varied. Popular excursion destinations such as the UNESCO World Heritage city of Bamberg, the festival city of Bayreuth, or the Gottesgarten am Obermain with Staffelberg, Kloster Banz, and the Basilica of the Fourteen Holy Helpers can be reached in about 30 minutes.
In bad weather, the Obermain Therme in Bad Staffelstein or the Therme Obernsees invite you to relax. A real highlight is the approximately 700 sqm fully fenced garden, which is exclusively available to you during your stay – ideal for dogs, children, and anyone who values privacy. Whether for a cozy barbecue evening or campfire romance: a brick barbecue is available directly at the house, or alternatively, a fire pit with a "Kotlovina" (Balkan grill) or a grill plate invites you to convivial evenings.
On warm summer days, our solar garden shower provides a welcome refreshment.
