Private garage for exclusive use (not suitable for SUVs and large cars), located NOT in the same street as the apartment, but accessed from the back of the condominium, entrance from via del Molinetto, 1 min away In 113 m2 of space it accommodates 7 people, without internal steps.
The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (204x95x90 cm), TV, dining table with chairs and split AC.
KITCHEN: 4 gas burners, fridge and freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, various utensils and dining table.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.
BEDROOM I: double bed (94x210x103 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and AC split.
BEDROOM II: three single beds (169x202x93 cm), bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and AC split.
OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Closet.
ATTENTION: The wheelchair clearance required to enter the elevator is 64 cm.
There is a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance, and a wheelchair ramp for height adjustments in the main entrance hall.
Centralized heating.
Balcony, accessible from all rooms of the house (except the bathroom) with fixed awning.
PLEASE NOTE: Garbage collection and disposal is MANDATORY and the responsibility of guests.
Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out.
MOVEMENTS: - From Ferrara station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 4 to the “Fabbri” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.
Alternatively, you can take bus no. 11 to the “Bologna Argine Ducale” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in approximately 40/50 minutes by car/taxi (48 km). - For those traveling by car, there is a private garage for exclusive use not suitable for SUVs and large cars, located NOT in the same street as the apartment, but accessed from the back of the condominium with the entrance from via del Molinetto.
The dimensions of the garage are: parking space n. 13 width 330cm length 470cm Entrance door: width 240cm height 198cm Free parking on the street, white lines, in via Bologna.
USEFUL INFORMATION: Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C (66,2 °F).
