Apartment located on the 1st floor of a modern building with lift, 5 floors in total.

Private garage for exclusive use (not suitable for SUVs and large cars), located NOT in the same street as the apartment, but accessed from the back of the condominium, entrance from via del Molinetto, 1 min away In 113 m2 of space it accommodates 7 people, without internal steps.

The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING ROOM: double sofa bed (204x95x90 cm), TV, dining table with chairs and split AC. KITCHEN: 4 gas burners, fridge and freezer, moka, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, various utensils and dining table.

BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink, washing machine and hairdryer.

BEDROOM I: double bed (94x210x103 cm), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and AC split.

BEDROOM II: three single beds (169x202x93 cm), bedside table with lamp, wardrobe and AC split.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

ATTENTION: The wheelchair clearance required to enter the elevator is 64 cm. There is a wheelchair ramp at the main entrance, and a wheelchair ramp for height adjustments in the main entrance hall.

Any deficiencies, will be charged at check out. MOVEMENTS: - From Ferrara station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus no. 4 to the “Fabbri” stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

Alternatively, you can take bus no. 11 to the “Bologna Argine Ducale” stop, a 5-minute walk from the property. - From Bologna Marconi airport, it is possible to reach the property in approximately 40/50 minutes by car/taxi (48 km). - For those traveling by car, there is a private garage for exclusive use not suitable for SUVs and large cars, located NOT in the same street as the apartment, but accessed from the back of the condominium with the entrance from via del Molinetto.

The dimensions of the garage are: parking space n. 13 width 330cm length 470cm Entrance door: width 240cm height 198cm Free parking on the street, white lines, in via Bologna.

Appartamento al primo piano ,con ascensore, eravamo in 7 e tutti con il nostro letto . Ampie camere e soggiorno, luminoso, pulito e con ina posizione strategica, 1 minuti e si è in centro davanti al castello di Ferrara. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Appartamento molto spazioso, ben distribuito e ben arredato, vicinissimo al centro storico di Ferrara ( che è bellissimo).Oltre ad avere un garage di pertinenza, vi è facilità di parcheggio gratuito nelle strade limitrofe. Anche se affaccia direttamente su strada è insonorizzato perfettamente. Lo staff disponibile a tutte le richieste ed informazioni .

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Do 9 punti su 10 solo perché , essendo un appartamento tanto grande,se ci fosse un secondo bagno sarebbe perfetto !

The apartment has a great location. It’s within walking distance of the old town and the lovely Darsena waterfront, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself is also spacious.

Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects. The furniture is quite outdated, and the beds are uncomfortable. The dishes and cutlery are worn out and really should be replaced. What I found most frustrating was the check-out policy. Guests are required to take out the trash before leavin...
