In Sipplingen on Lake Constance, you will find a newly renovated 60 m² apartment with panoramic lake views and a private terrace.
The furnished, partly covered terrace (approx. 50 m²) is perfect for relaxing and offers a wonderful view of the lake.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests and features a living room, bedroom, bathroom, and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
The kitchen (no oven) includes a fully automatic coffee machine, microwave with grill function, and air fryer.
WLAN, TV, and a baby cot are provided.
Bed linen and towels are changed weekly at no extra charge. A parking space for one car and a garage for bicycles are available on the property.
Access to the apartment is via a staircase with about 70 steps, rewarding you with a beautiful lake view.
You can transport your luggage to the accommodation using a stair lift. The lakeshore is about a 5-minute walk away.

Unsere Gastgeber Susi und Heiko waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Wohnung bietet einen tollen Blick über den Bodensee und hat sehr schöne und großzügige Zimmer. Die Dachterrasse ist die Schau, über den Dächern von Sipplingen, großzügig mit Liege- und Sitzflächen. Direkter Blick auf den Überlinger See garantiert.
Es gibt nichts, aber auch gar nichts auszusetzen.
Es hat alles gepasst !!!!!
