This stylishly and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment for 2 people offers a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea and the pier – your vacation can hardly begin any better! Located directly on the beach, you can enjoy pure relaxation here with a spacious indoor pool and sauna area in the building.
During the summer months, an outdoor pool also invites you to sunbathe and cool off. The promenade directly outside your door is ideal for strolling, and numerous national and international restaurants provide culinary variety.
The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away. Whether it's extensive walks on the beach or relaxed bike tours to Neustadt or Rettin – the mild Baltic Sea climate makes every activity enjoyable. In the living area, a comfortable, adjustable genuine leather corner sofa from Stressless awaits you – perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV. Entertainment is provided by a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a modern DAB radio. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, as well as a microwave with oven function and a small freezer (both located in the practical pantry next to the hallway). A breakfast bar with a sea view invites you to have breakfast – and in the evening, enjoy your dinner atmospherically at the dining table by candlelight. In the separate bedroom, you will sleep in two permanently installed, high-quality single beds (90 x 200 cm, Bruno mattresses) which cannot be pushed together.
Bed drawers offer storage space for pillows and blankets, and a chest of drawers and dimmable reading lamps complete the cozy sleeping area.
A window with a blackout blind ensures a pleasant room climate. The brightly designed shower room is equipped with a washbasin, mirror, hairdryer, toilet, heated towel rail, and ample shelf space for your toiletries. A real highlight is the sunny balcony on the 10th floor with a dreamlike view of the sea and the entire town.
Here you can simply relax with a coffee or a glass of wine.
Chairs, a table, and a parasol are, of course, provided. In the practical storage room, you will find not only the microwave and freezer compartment but also space for suitcases or supplies.
