It has 2 terraces where natural light enters most of the day and you can enjoy dinner or lunch in the terrace with a nice view. The apartment has an elevator, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, heating, air conditioning (in the living room and the back room), central heating, TV. The American-style kitchen is fully furnished for your stay, with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, coffee maker and tea maker. The building has an elevator. Additional Information Please note the following important information before booking: - Towels, sheets as well as toilet paper are included upon arrival, however, replacement or change during your stay is not included. - Baby crib: Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation.
It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each extra guest not included in the reservation will be charged €10 per night. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50, and after midnight it will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m., and after midnight it will be €80. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all rooms of the flat. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances.
