From this strategic location, you will have quick access to Las Ramblas, La Boqueria, Plaça Espanya and the historic centre, and you will have a metro station and several bus lines just a few metres away to easily get around the city. The work may cause noise or occasional disruption during the day. Access to the flat will remain possible at all times. The building next door is currently undergoing some work, so some noise may be heard during the day. Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged €10 per night. - Late arrival: Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m and after midnight will be 80 euros. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.
Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment. - Parties or gatherings are NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.
If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of £500 (in addition to the police fine). Location and surroundings Located in the heart of Paral·lel, you will be surrounded by life, culture and gastronomy: Theatres and entertainment Just a few minutes' walk away you will find the Teatre Victòria, Teatre Condal and the famous Sala Apolo, making the area the ‘Broadway of Barcelona’. Tapas and gastronomy Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show. Check in war wirklich gut mit sehr nettem Kontakt. Gastronomie und Logistik in unmittelbarer Nähe. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Geräumige Wohnung. Bin sehr zufrieden.

Fantastic visit even with a tough travel day behind us. Was a bummer that our flight delay (2hr flight turned into 18 hr delay Vueling Airlines THE WORST!) cost us late check in fee. Host was very nice & our 4:30pm check in turned to 5am & he was so nice!!! Great walking location! Good for family of 4. A bit nosy if you have small children due to street local but overall we were all very pleased.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were four adults, two sharing one room. The location was perfect. We walked or rode the metro everywhere, with the metro station being nearby.
