Not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and, if available, we will provide it. -Extra guest: Each additional guest not included in the booking will be charged €10 per night. - Late arrival: Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50. - If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. - If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €40 until 10 p.m., €60 after 10 p.m. - The tourist tax in force in Barcelona in 2023 will apply. (€6.25/person/night, over 16 years old and up to 7 nights). - Smoking is NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.
Receiving a complaint or evidence of smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least €400. Smoking is prohibited throughout the apartment. - Parties or gatherings are NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances.
If we receive a complaint and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of £500 (in addition to the police fine). Tapas and gastronomy Near the flat is Carrer de Blai, a street full of tapas and pinchos bars that is perfect for discovering the local cuisine. You can also visit the Font Màgica, very popular for its night-time light and water show.
