Hello, we are Barthe Holidays :) First of all thank you for your interest in this flat! Our flat is characterized by its modern style and the design of its equipment.
In addition to beautiful panoramic views of the valley of Arinsal and natural light throughout the day. Located close to the centre of the village of Arinsal, [hidden] easy and quick access to restaurants and shops.
But above all, the ski resort is only 2 minutes away.
The centre of La Massana is 5 minutes away and the centre of Andorra is 15 minutes away.
It has two double bedrooms, exterior and with built-in wardrobes.
One with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds.
Both rooms share a complete bathroom with shower.
It also has a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped open plan kitchen.
It also includes a parking space in the same building.
The flat is located in a 4-storey building with permanent residents.
For this reason it is very important to respect the parking space corresponding to the reservation and to respect the shared common areas (parking space and lift). From Barthe Holidays, we are available from 9:00 to 17h by all channels.
We speak Spanish, Catalan, English and French.
We remind you that you can buy with us your ski / bike pass, tickets to Naturlandia, Caldea and many other things :) It is important that you pay attention to the entrance information that is provided a few days before arrival.

The tax is implemented on guests over 16 years old, per person per day, with a maximum of 7 days.
The price is 2,09€ ( IGI included ). This amount will always be charged before entering the flat and by credit card. [hidden] HUT4 007599 Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
