The accommodation consists of:

- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a 160x200 bed,
- a second bedroom with a 26“ x 68” child's bed and a 5' x 6' bed,
- an office area with a screen, ideal for teleworking,
- a bathroom with a bathtub,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, iron, hangers,
- TV, WiFi, fan,
- games for all ages, children's games, toys, books and children's books,
- fitness equipment,
- radiators, central heating, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector.
You will enjoy a large 13 m² balcony/loggia with electric barbecue, perfect for relaxing.
The accommodation also has a garage.
Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m.
