We hadden een hele leuke tijd in Auxerre en dit grote sfeervolle huis.

Het is is heerlijk groot en sfeervol. Lekker ruime keuken. In het centrum en de boulangerie op loopafstand.
De inpandige garage is top.
Het huis was niet overal even schoon. In de keuken waren een paar erg vieze lades en her en der vies bestek.
Uitstekende locatie als uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige omgeving

Het huis ligt op een prima locatie en is in principe van alle gemakken voorzien.
Fijne uitvalsbasis voor boek aan Auxerre en omgeving zoals natuurpark Du Morvan, Chablis, Vezelay, Tonerre, Clamecy, Avallon etc.
Ideaal was een eigen garage om de auto te parkeren.
De keuken en veel van wat er in stond was niet schoon. (Glazen/bestek/lades/tafels)
De vloer op de eerste verdieping kraakt vreselijk dus stil doen voor je medehuisgenoten was niet echt mogelijk.
