Great villa with pool and gym very close to the beaches.
The house is distributed over two floors.
On the ground floor we will find a large living room with a covered terrace and a bedroom suite with a 180 cm double bed. In turn we find a small access to the kitchen area with a large dining room followed by a fully equipped kitchen where we find a small full bathroom and access to the terrace.
On the first floor will be where most of the bedrooms will be located, with three bedrooms with double beds and a large full bathroom.
If we return to the ground floor, we will have access to the games area and pool, which in turn also has access from the outside.
In this area we find a billiard room, a bedroom suite with a 180 cm double bed and the pool area with a gym area.
The entire house will have direct access to the garden and solarium area.
It is important to mention that the house has a closed garage for up to two cars, in addition to the parking area in the entrance area.

Wonderful, clean, spacious villa set in large grounds. Lovely pool and games facilities. Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Very clean. High recommended. We were a group of 8 but even with 10 people the villa would not feel crowded.
