Entrance into living room with armchairs and a large dining table – separate kitchen with dishwasher – bedroom with double bed – second bedroom with single bed – bathroom with shower box and washing machine – on the upper attic floor there is a double bed and two single beds – second service bathroom.
Air conditioning in the sleeping area.
Shared garden with the possibility of using the barbecue.
Pets NOT allowed.

Locatie
Alles is verouderd, bovenverdieping voldoet niet aan de wettelijke eis van minimale hoogte, badkamer boven kun je niet douchen.
Kortom: boven zou niet verhuurd mogen worden.
Zou niemand aanraden.

Sicuramente la posizione,abbiamo parcheggiato all’arrivo e praticamente l’auto è rimasta lì.Vicinissimi al centro,supermercato e stabilimenti balneari.
Ambiente spazioso e comodo il parcheggio.
All’arrivo la pulizia non era propriamente eccellente,l’arredamento è abbastanza datato ma in generale funzionale.
Alcune cose,dal mio punto di vista,andrebbero sistemate (ad esempio la doccia).

La comodità del posto auto privato.
Casa molto antiquaria, l'aria condizionata solo in mansarda e non nelle camere. Bagni , sono segnati due ma in realtà il secondo è in mansarda dove in una specie di doccia c'è lo scarico del condizionatore.
