La casa si trova al piano terra , accesso facile anche per il parcheggio. La posizione della casa è strategica per visitare Assisi e l'Umbria in generale. La casa è stata rinnovata nei suoi interni e ha 2 condizionatori nelle 2 camere, più riscaldamento a gas.
Non ho avuto nessun problema.
