Set down your bags on Rue de Lecat, in the heart of Rouen, right opposite the Prefecture: a central, convenient and reassuring location, perfect for exploring the city on foot... while enjoying the tranquillity of a real cocoon. As soon as you enter, you will discover an elegant apartment with modern and tasteful décor, designed for a comfortable stay, whether for a weekend of discovery, a business trip or a few days with your loved one. The living room invites you to relax, with a cosy lounge area, ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. The sleeping area guarantees a good night's sleep with a 140×190 cm double bed. In terms of amenities, everything is provided: a functional kitchen (toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, etc.), a space for teleworking with an extra console, and everything you need for a carefree stay.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The location is a real asset: in 5 minutes on foot, you can reach the shops, cafés and restaurants of the Place du Vieux-Marché; in 10 minutes, you are at Rouen train station.
The city centre, historic sites and banks of the Seine are within walking distance.
And for a stress-free stay by car, a private parking space is reserved for you in a residence just 70 metres from the accommodation — a rare convenience in the city centre.

The SNCF train station is about 1 km away, or a 15-minute walk, which is convenient if you are arriving by train.
Finally, if you are coming by car, you will find paid parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (parking meter about 20 m away) and free streets about 300 m away; and above all, you have a private parking space about 70 m from the accommodation — a real bonus in the city centre! ## Notes Please note that the flat is located on the ground floor and has a parking space in a secure residence opposite the flat. Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility.
They take place from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and departures must be made by 11 a.m. at the latest. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) and one large towel per person, along with tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom.
A welcome kit with kitchen bin bags, bathroom bin bags, a sponge and washing-up liquid is provided free of charge on arrival for the duration of your stay. We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service.
Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost.
When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
