Welcome to your "House on the Lake." Our "Lucky Child" is a detached beach house located directly on the beach of the "MoMare" bay, thoughtfully constructed with sustainable and CO2-neutral building methods.
If you love wood, you won't want to leave this house.
The walls and ceilings are made of wood and painted with ecological egg tempera.
The floor is laid with solid oak planks.
Due to the consistent wooden construction, our houses are particularly suitable for allergy sufferers.
A lushly planted herb roof prevents the house from overheating during hot sunny hours. In the generously equipped kitchen, you will find everything you need for a well-functioning household.
A SodaStream is even provided for making your own sparkling water, so you don't have to carry plastic bottles – and nature will thank you too. There are two bathrooms – one on the upper floor of the house with a window and bathtub.
The second bathroom is located on the ground floor and is equipped with a shower. In the light-filled living room with a pellet fireplace, cozy window seats invite you to relax, read, or "watch TV" by gazing at the lake and its ever-changing natural colors. In total, you have 70 m² of living space + 15 m² of terrace at your disposal, allowing you to enjoy your vacation to the fullest without feeling confined.
A spacious south-facing terrace with a lake view lets you forget everyday life in the comfortable seating area.
Sun loungers and beach seats are available to everyone on the lower level. Your house on the lake is habitable all year round.
From September to May, the sauna with a relaxation room, beach view, and direct beach access invites you to unwind. Our houses are equipped with many amenities to fulfill your wishes, but there is no TV – however, there is very good Wi-Fi, books, games, idyllic beach atmosphere, and much more. Note: Please observe the barrier around the sauna indicated by the wooden posts.
These must not be crossed, and the adjacent sand-grass area (the roof of the sauna) is not to be entered.
There is a risk of falling, and I accept no liability for injuries.
Parents of young children must ensure that children do not enter this area.
