This cozy and very comfortable ground-floor studio is located in an ideal location in L’Estartit.
Within just 5 minutes’ walk, you can already have your feet in the sand of the beautiful beach.
At the same time, the studio is situated on the edge of the lively town center, allowing you to enjoy peace and have everything within easy reach. At less than a 2-minute walk, you will find a small supermarket, a bakery, and a newsstand – perfect for fresh bread in the morning. Studio Petit Xaloc is practically and tastefully furnished and features a sleeping area, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, and an open kitchen with living room.

Through the sliding doors, you have access to the balcony, where you can sit comfortably outside.
