Free public parking is available 100 meters away. A small balcony faces the port (northeast-facing). The apartment comprises a bright living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom with exceptional views of the church and the rooftops of Le Croisic (double bed 140x200 cm), a workspace or relaxation area (sofa bed 90x200 cm), an en-suite shower room, and a separate toilet.

En pleine période estivale, il peut y avoir du bruit le matin (livraison, ouverture des commerces) L'appartement offre une très belle vue sur le petit port du Coisic, et une autre vue sur l'église Boulangerie, boucher, pharmacie, restaurants en bas de l'immeuble. L'appartement est très cosy, avec tout le confort nécessaire
