Housing :
100m from the station next to the old port, the apartment located on the 4th floor without a lift has an ideal location for visiting La Rochelle on foot and/or the islands of the Pertuis.
Quiet residence from 1960, clean and secure, overlooking a tree-lined park.
72m² apartment for 8 people comprising 3 bedrooms, each with a 160 cm bed and a desk, a newly renovated bathroom with a bathtub, a large kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed.
On one side of the residence, you will find the pedestrian street that leads to the old ports (500m), on the other side, a wooded and calm park.
Equipment:
alarm, fans, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, crockery, utensils, flat screen with TV and Freebox WiFi access, new and clean folding baby bed (Please provide a mattress protector and sheet if you wish to use it).
TRAVELLER ACCESS
The building is in front of the station!
-by bicycle: you can either park them inside the residence's gates, or there is a large bicycle garage accessible from the street (ideal for large bikes, trailers etc.)
-by car: no private parking, but several car parks around the residence (aquarium car park is 150m away, free parking near maritime museum or minimes...)
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
