All rooms at Vesuvius Palace feature fast and reliable Wi-Fi, independent air conditioning, a safe, electric kettle, coffee machine, and a smart TV, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay. The Nettuno Room is a double room located on the second floor and comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests.
It includes a private bathroom with shower, complete with hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Guests can also enjoy a balcony with sea view. Our aparthotel is housed in an elegant historic building, completely renovated in 2024, designed to offer a dream stay focused on comfort and elegance. At the rear of the building, guests will find a beautiful, fully equipped garden available for everyone to enjoy. We offer 7 free on-site parking spaces inside the gated property.
Parking must be reserved in advance, subject to availability.
If all spaces are taken, free street parking is available in the surrounding area. Our staff is happy to assist with the booking of tours, transfers, and experiences, helping you make the most of everything our region has to offer. Please note that Vesuvius Palace does not have a 24-hour reception or front desk.
Guests are therefore required to contact us in advance to arrange a meeting with a member of our staff, who will personally welcome you and assist you with the entire check-in procedure. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. In case of arrival after this time, we can assist you with a self check-in procedure, and we will meet you the following day to complete the required formalities and provide any necessary assistance. Upon arrival, guests must present a valid ID to complete the mandatory registration with the local authorities. A city tax must be paid in cash at check-in.
For the Municipality of Ercolano, the tax is €2 per person per night, applicable to guests aged 18 and over. Guests will be provided with a physical key and a magnetic card to access both the property and the room.
The card must also be inserted into the slot inside the room to activate the electricity. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
