The apartment is located on the city’s main square in Palazzo Scati and features one living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, and one fully equipped kitchen. The palace, built on the ruins of a Roman amphitheatre and pre-existing medieval structures, has belonged to the Scati family since 1614; the family is recognised as one of the oldest noble families in Acqui Terme. Thanks to a meticulous restoration in 2025, all of the building’s authentic features were preserved. The building has been designated a Special Cultural Heritage Site. Enjoy a one-of-a-kind experience in a stylish apartment with exclusive designer interiors, set within a charming historic building. Bright and modern on the inside, full of character on the outside—it’s the perfect blend of heritage and comfort. Stroll to nearby cafés, restaurants, and cultural attractions, then return home to your own stylish retreat.
