Sicht, Sauberkeit, riesiger Balkon mit diversen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten (war leider nur Winter), distanzierter Vermieter
Vor allem fehlende bequeme Sitzmöbel. Vier Sitzkissen für die tolle Holzbank war irgendwie zu wenig für lange Abende, das Sofamöbel optisch auch sehr schön, aber nur zu gucken, distanzierter Vermieter
