Exeter city centre is approximately 3.5 miles away, Topsham is 2 miles away, and the Exeter Chiefs Rugby Stadium is less than 1 mile from the house.
You’ll be spoilt for choice with beautiful local walking and cycle routes.
Nearby Topsham is known for its stunning estuary views, pubs, cafés and restaurants—perfect for a leisurely day out.
Rugby fans will appreciate being within walking distance of Exeter Chiefs Stadium.

A lovely house, modern clean in a perfect location, close to the motorway and Ikea. The garden is super lovely too! Perfect property, clean and the check in was also great. Will definitely come here again next time I’m in Exeter .
