Outside, there is allocated parking for one car, with additional parking available by arrangement.
On-site facilities include bars, restaurants, a water park, fishing lakes, exercise classes, an outdoor splash pool, an indoor pool with a slide, a beauty salon, a mini market, sports courts, an adventure park, marina, and outdoor cinema.
