AT152 Vinya: Beautiful 4-bedroom townhouse with a swimming pool in Creixell, just a 15-minute walk from the beach.
The house is spread over 3 floors: on the ground floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped separate kitchen including a dishwasher, and the living-dining room with access to a furnished terrace, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a bathtub, and in the attic there is an additional double bedroom with terrace access offering sea views.
The house has air conditioning in all rooms (ducted on the main floors and split in the attic) for added comfort.
The community pool measuring 5 x 15 m, shared with only two other houses, is just steps from the porch.
There is also a private garage in the community underground parking with direct access to the house (2 m high door) and terraces with sea views.
Creixell beach is just a 15-minute walk away, offering the perfect combination of tranquility and proximity to the sea. Reservations from groups exclusively of young people aged 16 to 26 are not accepted.
