Located on the ground floor of a quiet, secure residence (built in 2025), the flat comprises an attractive 26 m² living room opening onto a fitted kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms and a shower room with separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows: - A 26 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen (including Senseo pod coffee maker and French press coffee maker, kettle, combined fridge-freezer (3 drawers), four-ring induction hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven).
A lounge area with TV and sofa bed (160x190 with real mattress) and a dining area with table for 4 to 6 guests.
The room has electric shutters at night and opens onto a 10 m² south-facing terrace (with garden table and chairs). - A 120 m² garden runs alongside the flat (south/south-west facing) > n.b: as the residence is very new, the garden is not yet ready for use and the lawn will be seeded when the weather is fine. - One bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm) (possibility of double bed configuration on request, to be notified when booking), electric shutters. - One bedroom with queen-size double bed (160x200cm), electric shutters. - A bathroom with walk-in shower. - A separate WC.
Neighbourhood : - The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood.
As it is not in the city centre, traffic flows freely all year round! A range of shops and supermarkets are less than 5 minutes away by car. - L'émeraude n°5 is less than 15 minutes' walk from the Prieuré beach (which offers the best view in St Malo) and the Port-Breton park. - The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is a 20-minute walk away (in the town's hyper-centre).
If you choose to come by car, there is plenty of parking available. - The geographical position of Le Emeraude n°5 gives you quick access to the main roads leading to the major tourist attractions (the Rance dam, Dinan, Saint-Malo, Cap Fréhel and neighbouring villages such as Saint-Lunaire, Saint-Briac, Lancieux, etc.).
Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private underground car park. (size of underground parking space: max width: 2.50 m / max height: 1.95 m / depth of parking space: 5.40 m).
Free parking for vehicles less than 2 m high is available 200 m from the residence.
