The correct coordinates to reach the entrance are: 45°58'15.7"N 9°15'38.9"E The apartment is organized as follows: - LIVING AREA with dining table, queen-size sofa bed, TV, and wardrobe; - KITCHENETTE with gas stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, moka pot, kettle, toaster, and other kitchen utensils; - SLEEPING AREA (accessible via internal stairs) with double bed; - BATHROOM with shower, sink, toilet, and bidet.
FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning (split in the living room), independent heating, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hairdryer.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Como Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15th to April 15th. N.B. Completing registration is MANDATORY to receive instructions and access the apartment.
