We invite you to enter this homely house located in a residential area dominated by green landscapes, in the heart of the Costa Brava.
A few minutes from the beach, you will find this beautiful villa located in an urbanization, very close to the town of Calonge and our office, in a private and quiet environment.
The accommodation is fully rented, so you can enjoy its entirety, its garden and the swimming pool.
The pool has weekly maintenance.
The house is very comfortable and pleasant.
On the first floor, entrance, we find a bedroom with double bed and private bathroom with shower; another bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom.
There is an open terrace with beautiful views over the valley towards the Gavarres mountains.
There is also a laundry room.
On the ground floor there is an open concept lounge / dining room adjoining the kitchen, fully equipped; a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with bathtub.
All bedrooms have wardrobes.
The living room is tastefully decorated, with seating for six, equipped with satellite TV. In addition, there is air conditioning throughout the house.
The patio doors lead to a covered terrace that provides shade and shelter to relax and enter the garden, also access to the 4x8m swimming pool. aprox.
At the end of the same terrace there is a beautiful summer kitchen with barbecue (charcoal), and a room where you will find various accessories.

Magnifique villa, avec vue montagne. Très confortable, spacieuse et agréable à vivre. Elle est très bien équipée, rien ne manque, hormis peut-être les chaînes françaises !! Le coin piscine est spacieux. Le barbecue est très bien intégré dans la terrasse. L'équipe de l'agence immobilière est sympathique, très réactive, et à votre écoute. Je recommande sans hésitation !
