A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the apartment. Parking: The apartment is easily accessible, and you can park your vehicle conveniently in the available parking spaces within the residence. Amenities: This apartment offers numerous amenities: washing machine, vacuum cleaner, television, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hairdryer, mop, garden furniture, parasol, electric radiator, fully equipped kitchen, cutlery and crockery, three-burner induction hob, wardrobe, sea view… The surroundings: More intimate than Les Lecques, La Madrague is a small, fine sandy beach located next to a harbor and also offers a remarkable view of the bay. A true haven of peace, it features a wooden walkway that leads to the sheltered Brameou cove. Sheets and bath towels: Available as an optional extra upon request (€25 for the bed linen set and €15 for the towel set, including one large and one small towel per person). Blankets are available in the apartment if needed (ideal for the off-season). Cleaning: This is included in your booking, and a cleaning company will come after your departure. Pets: Not allowed out of respect for the neighbors. Security deposit upon key collection: A credit card imprint will be requested at the agency reception or via our partner Swikly. Optional cancellation insurance through ADAR ANNULATION Property managed by a professional.
