The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Ericeira, a beautiful fishing village known worldwide as a Surf Reserve.
It is also close to several beaches such as Foz do Lizandro, Ribeira D'Ilhas, and Praia do Sul. The recently remodeled property offers an open-plan kitchen and living space, opening onto the terrace and pool areas, allowing you to enjoy this indoor/outdoor living.
It comprises two bedrooms, one en-suite with a king-size master bed and another with a bunk bed which on top has a single bed and underneath a double bed, there is an extra bed and a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub. Guests will have access to the entire house, a private 7x4 meter swimming pool, and access to the gated pool area with a child safety gate. The neighborhood is quiet, conveniently close to the town center, shops, and the four nearby beaches, eliminating the need for a car. For surf enthusiasts, this apartment is ideal, offering access to some of Portugal's best surf spots, as well as skateboarding areas. Guests can explore the charming town of Ericeira and its main landmarks, as well as nearby attractions in Mafra, including Mafra National Park, the Palace, the Basilica, the Convent, and hiking trails with opportunities for wildlife spotting and family activities.
Additionally, Sintra is a short drive away, with attractions such as Monserrate Palace, Pena Palace, Moorish Castle, Quinta da Regaleira, and Chalet of the Countess of Castro Guimarães. We are incredibly flexible and our interaction with guests will be tailored to their wishes or requests.
Whether you prefer minimal contact for check-in/check-out or daily interactions, we are here to accommodate you. We offer various additional services such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, chef services, tour organization, and others. Important: Late check-in (after 8 PM - €30; after 10 PM - €50) Early check-in (between 10:30 AM and 12 PM - €50; between 12 PM and 3 PM - €30) Late check-out (after 12 PM - €30; after 3 PM - €50; after 5 PM - current night's price) (All subject to availability) For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning using our service providers will be mandatory and will cost the same as the advertised final cleaning. For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity, and gas costs are not included and will be charged to the guests. If pets are allowed, guests are not only responsible for compliance with existing community regulations but also for the good condition of the property and for any damages caused by pets during the stay (e.g., damage to furniture, carpets, clothes; odors of urine or excrement, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
