Discover this spacious 80 m² flat, ideally located right in the centre of Raon-l'Étape.
You'll enjoy peace and quiet and comfort: well insulated, with no traffic noise, and a private terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, so you can enjoy outdoor meals in total peace and quiet. Accommodation: The flat is arranged over two floors to offer comfort and privacy: First floor: separate WC, then a staircase leads to the main living area. Second floor: fully-equipped fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, blender and raclette machine), bright living room with sofa bed, television, desk area, dining table and chairs, board games.
A laundry room is also available. Mezzanine: bedroom with 160×200 bed, open-plan shower room with large shower, closed WC and storage cupboard. All the equipment you need for a comfortable stay is at your disposal, for a carefree holiday. A baby chair and cot are available on request, to ensure that the little ones are cared for in the best possible conditions. Beds are made up on arrival, with bed linen included.
Bathroom and kitchen linen are also provided, for a practical and comfortable stay. Access for travellers : The flat is completely independent with a private entrance, guaranteeing your privacy and autonomy throughout your stay. Parking: Free parking spaces are available on the street in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. Reception A reception can be organised on request with the owner, Annick, or an independent reception is possible. Remarks : Cleaning is not included in the price, but can be done by yourself or entrusted to a professional for €50.
