The communication for the property was terrible. They made me pay a large security deposit and I still haven't received it back. There was not even hand soap in the bathroom. I had to stay on the pull out sofa because the ladder to the bedroom is extremely small, rickety, and slippery and the bathroom is downstairs. The place is decorated cute but I wouldn't stay here again.

I believe this place to be a scam. I paid the deposit via VRBO but then the management company messaged me the day of my arrival saying I haven’t paid the full amount and tried to send me a link to pay. I messaged to speak to someone in person but they didn’t respond. I ended up booking a hotel on the way from the airport upon arrival in Nice.l because I had no way of getting into the apartment.
