This apartment, located on the 2nd and top floor with elevator access, comprises on one level:
- a living room (with kitchenette) opening onto a 9.50 m² terrace with views of the Saint Quay Portrieux coastline and the sea,
- a second lounge area,
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm),
- a bathroom with shower and sink,
- a separate toilet,
- a hallway with storage cupboard.
A griddle/raclette grill is provided and can be used both indoors and outdoors. Private garage in the basement (ideal for storing bicycles). Private parking space at the foot of the building. With unobstructed views of the Saint-Quay islands, this rental offers a very high standard of accommodation in the hills above the renowned resort of Saint-Quay-Portrieux. Among the town's landmarks are its seawater swimming pool bordering Casino Beach, the scallops of Saint-Brieuc Bay emerging from the fishing boats in the port, and the Île de la Comtesse (Countess Island) located near the semaphore station.
Many other attractions will fill your strolls through the town and along the GR34 hiking trail: beaches with ideal orientations depending on the day and the sun, the Monday morning market on the quays of the old port, numerous restaurants, and entertainment.
For something even more unique, discover the Saint-Michel windmill or take a speedboat trip to the Île de Bréhat... A truly enriching experience!
