It can accommodate up to 7 people.
The accommodation includes: - one bedroom with a bed 160 x 200 - one bedroom with a bed 140 x 200 - one bedroom with two single beds 90 x 200 - one bedroom with a single bed 90 x 190 - a fully equipped kitchen -a bathroom - a friendly lounge to relax after a day of skiing or hiking You will enjoy a faience wood stove, very efficient in winter, as well as a raclette machine for warm evenings.
Sheets and towels included in the cleaning fee. The accommodation is located in Servoz, an authentic village in the Chamonix valley.
Shops (blangery, butcher shop, grocery store, restaurants) are within walking distance.
Many walks are possible nearby, including to the Gorges de la Diosaz, the Houches forest and the surrounding nature reserves.
Les Houches ski slopes are a 5-minute drive away, and Chamonix ski areas are between 15 and 25 minutes away.
The tenants have access to the right part of the garden (house with slide). The dog of the neighbors can find it: it is nice but can impress the children.
Servoz Train Station is 18 minutes by foot and 3 minutes by car A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
