This F4 apartment, spacious and functional, consists of a fitted and fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, three comfortable bedrooms, and a bathroom.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: a living room with sofa and TV for your relaxing moments, a modern equipped kitchen (coffee maker, hobs, oven, kettle, refrigerator, dishes and kitchen utensils), three bedrooms for an optimal rest, a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as access to wifi to stay connected during your stay.
Bed linen and house linen are provided for your comfort.
No private parking is included, but you can easily park in the surrounding streets, depending on the city's parking conditions.
The accommodation is managed by the concierge of the ArchiDuchess, available 7 days/7 from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm and from 14:00 am to 21:00 pm.

The apartment is located in a lively and pleasant residential area, located on the left bank of the city.
This area offers a quiet atmosphere while being close to the city centre, making it a perfect place to rest after a day of visit or work.
The area consists of individual houses and residential buildings, with a friendly and peaceful atmosphere.
There are many shops nearby: bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, and restaurants.
A few minutes' drive or tram, you can discover the Sotteville-lès-Rouen market and taste fresh and local products.
The nearby Jardin des Plantes is a perfect place to stroll or picnic in a green setting.
From the apartment you can quickly reach the historic centre of Rouen by tram or car.
The journey time is about 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by tramway.
You will discover the famous Notre Dame Cathedral, Gros Horloge, Old Market Square and other emblematic sites.
Please note that the building does not have an elevator and the apartment is located on the 1st floor.
For example, people with reduced mobility may encounter access difficulties.
Arrivals are autonomous for more flexibility.
They take place from 16:00 and departures must be made no later than 11:00.
The accommodation is managed by the concierge l'ArchiDuchesse, available 7 days a week (from 10am to 9pm).
In the house all our guests receive household linen, essential products for the first day (shampooing, gel shower gel hand, toilet paper...) as well as a large towel per person accompanied by tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom.
A welcome kit with kitchen trash bag, bathroom garbage bag, sponge and dishwasher is offered free of charge upon arrival for the duration of the stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service.
Any cleaning in the area of stay, refreshment of linen/towels, resupply of basic necessities, or delivery can be programmed on request at an additional cost.
When you confirm your stay, you will receive the Tourist Booklet of the Archdiocese, our vouchers with promotional codes from our partners of choice as well as the arrival instruction plate of your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers you various services to make your stay more enjoyable: baby equipment rental, luggage storage services, shuttle, babysitting, gourmet boxing, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (proposal for marriage, birthday, room theme ...) and many more! For any particular request, contact the Court of the Archdiocese.
To take advantage of a rental is also to respect a few rules so that everything happens at best and avoid any surprise with the deposit! Think about taking care of the accommodation as if it were yours: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the places proper to your departure.
Follow the instructions for schedules or the use of equipment, and respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood.
And if there's a problem, don't hesitate to tell us about it.
Don't forget that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 withheld on the deposit), that the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50€ withheld on the deposit), that the animals are prohibited (€50€ withheld on the deposit) unless we request and agree beforehand and that any loss, theft or degradation will be charged at the actual replacement value.
A deposit, the amount of which varies according to the accommodation, will be requested and, unless exception is made, the residence tax will be payable on the spot.
