Upon arrival, you'll discover a spacious, light-filled living area featuring a small equipped kitchen and a 140 cm fold-away double bed, offering a comfortable and versatile space.
A shower room with toilet completes this level for your convenience. From the living area, you can access a pleasant balcony with a stunning view of the Mediterranean Sea a true highlight for fully enjoying your moments of relaxation. Upstairs, the mezzanine offers two single mattresses placed together, perfect for accommodating two additional guests in a cosy atmosphere. Please note: The apartment is air-conditioned. There is no internet. A reserved parking space is available in the Residents’ parking area. Direct access to the beach. A functional and bright accommodation, ideal for fully enjoying the Mediterranean. NEW: Household linen (bed linen and towels) is included in all our rentals provided that the reservation has been finalized and paid for at least 7 days Before the arrival. For reservations less than 7 days before arrival, household linen will not be provided. ___PLEASE SPECIFY US THE NUMBER OF BEDS THAT WILL BE USED FOR ORDERING LINEN___ Further information : • Household linen is delivered in the form of packs for the number of people announced when booking.
Possibility of setting up beds at an additional cost. • No change will be provided unless requested by the customer at least 2 weeks in advance.
