It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a study area, two bathrooms (with shower) and a vast 4000 m² garden planted with trees.

The accommodation comprises - A living room with TV and sofas. - A fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A veranda with a dining area - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - A study area with a sofa bed (140x190) that can be converted into a bed (sleeps two) - Separate WC First floor: - A 7 m² balcony overlooking the garden - Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90x200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A beautiful 4,000 m² enclosed garden and a 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is located in Cabriès, in very pleasant surroundings.

Activities : - Château de Cabriès: Medieval castle that houses the Edgar Mélik Museum, dedicated to the painter and offering a beautiful view of the region. - Stroll through the old village of Cabriès to discover its Provençal streets, little chapels and ancient monuments. - Walks and hikes in the surrounding hills (walking clubs, trails around Trébillane).
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the gravel driveway in front of the house, on the plot (5 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Aix-en-Provence TGV station, 15 minutes away - Marseille-Provence airport, 20 minutes away - Bus at the foot of the road (50m walk).
