The neighbour has a right of way via the driveway outside that only allows access to his flat and the use of his garage, which is attached to the house With its warm atmosphere, picturesque surroundings and proximity to the best natural and heritage sites in the Ardèche, this spacious house is the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday.
Labeaume is a picturesque village with narrow streets, old stone houses and a beach on the river.
