Nestled in the relaxed seaside town of Plestin‑les‑Grèves, this welcoming, modern, single-story holiday home is set up for easy days, sea air, and slow evenings outdoors. This holiday home enjoys a prime south-facing location and combines modern architecture, comfort, and an attractive location - an ideal base for exploring the Breton coast.
The ground floor brings everyone together in a bright living/dining room with a wood pellet stove, wireless internet, TV, generous seating, and a dining table for shared meals. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer, so cooking stays social and simple. Two comfortable double bedrooms sit on this level, along with a full modern bathroom and a separate toilet - ideal for couples, friends, or a small family.
Outside, the huge 500m2 private garden becomes the highlight of the stay. Garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs invite long lunches, evening grills, and quiet reading breaks in the Breton breeze. A garage, private parking, and electric heating add everyday practicality in every season.
