The house was in great location for the Reading festival! It was great to have such a clean place and convenient. Check in and check out very easy. Please make sure to take care of the garbage bin outside as it is very dirty and smelly.

Communication could have been better. Trying to upload identity was difficult and very stressful, as we did not get final check in details till near time of arrival. Key box open with no key, if it hadn’t been for a neighbour we would not have got inside. We received a code for a lower box sometime later with spare key, but was unable to get access into the box.
