The villa is generally rented exclusively as a whole for up to 10 guests.
For selected returning guests, a modified use for up to 4 guests is possible.
Five elegant bedrooms with French beds and Smart TVs (including Netflix), four of them with direct access to a balcony.
Two bedrooms on the ground floor feature exclusive en‑suite bathrooms, while the three bedrooms on the upper floor share a spacious bathroom.
Underfloor heating and cooling ensure a consistently pleasant indoor climate. The light‑filled living and dining area with fireplace offers a panoramic view of Lake Lucerne and the surrounding Alps.
Large floor‑to‑ceiling windows provide abundant natural light and create an open, airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a steam oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, induction cooktop, coffee machine, ice maker and additional appliances for a comfortable stay. A library with a separate workspace and a sofa bed provides an additional retreat and flexible usage options.
The indoor wellness area includes an infrared sauna with sea‑air function and light therapy, a private fitness room, shower/WC and a defibrillator (AED). A separate guest WC is located next to the living area. A private laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available.
There is also 1 office, 1 fitness room. Fiber‑optic internet with high‑performance Wi‑Fi throughout the house — ideal for streaming and remote work. Direct access from the garage into the house.
