The bedrooms consist of two doubles, serviced by a shower room with shower over, hand-held shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is designated parking for one car to the rear and roadside parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.1 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Flat 12 is a well-equipped base for exploring Merseyside. Note: Bath not in use due to flooding risk. Note: Communal entrance.
