Located in a very quiet residential neighborhood, very close (15 minutes on foot) to the historic center of Cascais, and with free public parking, you couldn't choose a better place to enjoy your vacation or business trip.
The apartment is on the ground floor, which is at the level of the first floor, as there are a few steps to access from the street to the building and a few more steps after entering the building to the apartment door.
These are not difficult stairs for those with reduced mobility or with baby strollers. When you enter the apartment, a wide and bright hall area with a desk leads to the living room, dining area, and kitchen.
It is a spacious and open space, with a very comfortable lounge area with a TV and a sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is also a balcony with outdoor furniture to enjoy an al fresco meal or simply relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped. On the other side of the apartment, you have the sleeping area.
One of the bedrooms has a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower.

For arrivals between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, a late check-in fee of 50 EUR (payable in cash at check-in) will apply.
All guests must provide identification at check-in. Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be included in the final price.
If it has not been charged at the time of your booking, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash.
