This picturesque house is located on a street of old fishermen's houses in Cascais, with a superb view of the Ocean, the beaches, the marina, and the bay of Costa do Estoril.
The house is located in the historic center of Cascais, 130m walk from the beaches and the train station, and 80m from shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants.
The area is very quiet, as it is a pedestrian street for residents only. When you enter the house, you will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a dining area with a table and chairs. The living room is spacious and very bright, extremely comfortable, and well-decorated.
There is a TV and WI-FI internet connection. The living room gives access to the terrace.
The terrace is wonderful.
With a dining table and chairs, you can enjoy a meal with the best view you can imagine.
There are also two sun loungers, where you can have a drink, read a book, or simply relax. The bedroom and bathroom are on the mezzanine.
The modern bathroom has a shower cubicle. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, and simple, comfortable furniture.
Bed linen and towels are included. The sea will accompany you in your dreams, as it will be the first thing you see in the morning.
It couldn't be more relaxing and romantic. The house does not allow children, as the terrace area can be dangerous for little ones; for safety reasons, we cannot accept them.
Only two guests are allowed. NOTE: a security deposit of €200 in cash will be collected by our team upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded on the day of check-out (or the day before), after a thorough inspection of the property. A confirmation voucher will be sent to your email with all important details about your reservation and additional Feels Like Home services. Guests will be contacted by our team up to 3 days before check-in. For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 12:00 AM, a late check-in fee of €30 will apply (payable in cash at check-in). For arrivals between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM, a late check-in fee of €50 will apply (payable in cash at check-in). All guests must provide identification upon check-in. Please note that a mandatory tourist tax will be included in the final price.
If it has not been charged at the time of your booking, it must be paid in cash upon check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Transfer Service - We can provide a transfer service at an additional cost. Amenities - We provide toilet paper and shampoo for the first night only. Baby Friendly – We have a travel cot for babies, upon request.
