In Berry, between the Creuse Valley and the rolling countryside of George Sand country, a large manor house with a heated indoor saltwater pool (6.30 x 3.30 meters, 1.20 meters deep) maintained at a constant 28°C, is situated on a working cattle and pig farm.
Extras include a pétanque court, basketball hoop, ping-pong table, soccer goals, and badminton equipment.
Direct sales of farm products are available by reservation from Thursday to Saturday.
The property is located near Lake Eguzon, La Châtre, and Argenton-sur-Creuse.
Between Cluis and Montchevrier, the house features, on the ground floor: an entrance hall with built-in wardrobes and a toilet; two spacious living areas, one with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The other room is perfect for relaxing around a beautiful open fireplace, with a large living room and tables for playing cards.
There's also an additional room with a double bed (with Western-style doors) suitable for people with reduced mobility, and a large bathroom with a toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A further small bathroom with a shower is accessible from the kitchen. Upstairs: a landing leads to five bedrooms with five double beds and two single beds (including a large master suite with a cot, en-suite bathroom, and toilet), plus a large shared bathroom and separate toilet. Biogas boiler heating and pool heating are included in the price. Large grounds at the rear and a courtyard at the front with parking. The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility (one bedroom and one bathroom). Wi-Fi access. Parking in front of the cottage on the property.
